Arvind Kejriwal: A good news came from Goa on Saturday for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Actually, a Goa court has rejected the FIR in which he had given a controversial statement. This statement was given by the CM of Delhi during the assembly elections in 2017. While giving a controversial statement, he had said that ‘Take money from everyone but give votes only to the broom’. He was criticized a lot after this statement.
Let us tell you that the Chief Minister of Delhi is currently lodged in Tihar Jail. Recently he was arrested by the investigating agency ED in the Delhi Excise Policy case. After a few days, Kejriwal was sent to judicial custody. Jailed Arvind Kejriwal got a big relief as the Goa court found insufficient grounds in the FIR registered against him. FIR was lodged in Goa Police Station.
AAP’s good performance in Goa
After forming the government in Delhi and Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party i.e. ‘AAP’ is now gradually expanding its presence in other states also. Under this, the party entered the Assembly in the year 2017 where it got some good results. The result of this was that in the next elections i.e. 2022 assembly elections, it was successful in winning two seats in the state.

AAP is protesting against Kejriwal’s arrest
The party is continuously protesting against the arrest of AAP convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. After coming out of jail, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has said that Kejriwal is being implicated. A conspiracy is being hatched against him. In this regard, Sanjay Singh held a press conference on Friday and presented some facts to the media.
