Crime News: Police have recovered a minor girl in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Punpun police recovered a 13-year-old girl, who had absconded from a village under Punpun police station in the district last month, from the house of a railway employee in Rajiv Nagar, Patna. Police arrested railway worker cum CTI Arvind Kumar posted at Patna Junction and sent him to jail. Police station incharge Situ Kumari said that the girl had run away from home on December 12 after being angry with her family and she took a train from Punpun and went to Patna. After reaching Patna Junction, she was wandering here and there. Meanwhile, Arvind Kumar, resident of Ranipur, Paliganj, posted at Patna Junction as CTI, caught sight of the girl. The police station incharge told that Arvind Kumar seduced the girl and took her to his house in Rajiv Nagar on his scooter in the night of the same day.
The girl had given information by calling home
After being imprisoned, the minor was being made to do household work. During interrogation, the girl told that she was kept locked inside the house. There was no permission to go out. Meanwhile, the girl took the opportunity and called her home from a mobile phone kept in Arvind Kumar’s house and informed about this. Meanwhile, her family reached the police station on Friday evening regarding the phone number given by the girl and gave all the information to the police. It is said that on the basis of the said mobile number, the police reached Arvind Kumar’s house and recovered the girl. Police station head said that on December 12, a missing case was registered against the girl’s family.
Kidnapping of teenage girl with the intention of marriage
Here, an FIR has been lodged for kidnapping of a teenage girl from Raghunichak village of Shakurabad police station area of Jehanabad with the intention of marrying her. In the FIR registered, the girl’s mother Rinku Devi has lodged an FIR against Dhananjay Kumar, resident of Mohan Bagicha village of Makhdumpur police station area, for luring her daughter and kidnapping her with the intention of marrying her. It is mentioned in the FIR that my daughter used to live and study in Jehanabad and Dhananjay used to live next to her. Due to living nearby, friendship developed between them and taking advantage of this, on December 8, the said young man kidnapped my daughter with the intention of marrying her. No trace of girl missing for two months
