Putting the lives of innocent people in danger

Do not take medicine without bill

Drug Inspector Ashutosh Mishra said that the packing of these fake medicines is exactly like the original. A common person cannot differentiate between it. He told that to avoid fake medicines, do not take any medicine without bill. Medical store operators avoid paying bills for these types of medicines. If any medical store owner in the district does not give the medicine bill and refuses to give the medicine bill when asked, then call 9559401111 and complain, action will be taken against such people.

Identify the real fake in this way

A unique code is printed on genuine medicines. This code contains complete information from the manufacturing date and location of the medicine to the supply chain. This list includes antibiotics, pain relief pills, anti-allergic medicines. After taking the medicine, definitely scan the QR code written on its wrapper. Some people have this question in their mind that when medicines can be made fake then QR code can also be fake. But it is not so.

The QR code or unique code made on medicines is of advanced version. It is issued by the Central Database Agency. With every medicine its unique QR code also changes. Therefore it is almost impossible to copy it. It is mandatory to put barcode on all medicines above Rs 100. In such a situation, do not buy medicine without barcode.
