The policemen were in plain clothes

Big negligence of Noida Police came to light in the incident of attack. Three out of four SOG members were not wearing police uniform. Only one constable was in police uniform. The Creta vehicle in which the policemen arrived did not even have any number plate on it. Not only this, Noida Police did not even inform Mussoorie police station before raiding the village. According to the rules, the arrival is first registered in the police station. Such incidents have happened in the past too when the police came to another district without information and got into trouble. DCP Rural Vivek Yadav of Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate said that the police of Sector-63 police station of Noida had come to village Masauta on Sunday afternoon. The police team was entering the village when they had an altercation with some people over taking the vehicle out of the way. This dispute escalated and people started beating the policemen. The policemen were wearing plain clothes, so people probably could not recognize them.

There has been a fight with the policemen. Four policemen have been admitted to Rama Hospital on Hapur Road. Noida Police has also informed about the theft of a pistol. DCP Vivek Yadav said that ACP of Ghaziabad Police and police of Mussoorie police station are on the spot. Information has also been given to the SHO of Sector-63 police station in Noida. They are also reaching the spot. Necessary action is being taken in the matter.
