Ghaziabad : A surprising incident has come to light from Ghaziabad in UP. In the lift of High Rise Society, two youths are trying to scare the 8th class student by showing knife. This whole incident was captured in CCTV camera. The girl student was going from the lift to the flat located on the 6th floor from the ground floor, when two boys came. One had a knife in his hand. As soon as he entered the lift, he showed the knife to the student. Due to this, the student got scared and stood in the corner in the lift.
On reaching their floor, both the boys got out of the lift. The girl student also followed them till the gate and then came inside. After that she left the lift on her floor. He informed his family members about this whole incident. At the same time, after the video of this incident appeared on social media, the police, taking suo motu cognizance of the matter, arrested both the accused. In this, one of the accused is a student of B.Tech, while the other describes himself as an employee posted in the Ministry of Home Affairs. This incident is of 7th May.

This incident pertains to the Mahagunapuram Society situated on the banks of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Police told that the professor lives with his family in a tower of this society. On May 7 at around 4.00 pm, the professor’s 12-year-old daughter was going from the ground floor to her flat. During this, two boys showed him a knife. After this, the girl went home and told the whole thing to her family members.
After which the relatives called the maintenance team of the society and got the CCTV of the lift removed, then the entire incident was caught on camera. In this matter, a meeting of the residents was held in the society on Monday. In this the incident was condemned. It was also discussed that those who commit such acts should not be allowed to live in the society. According to the information, both the boys live in a rented flat here. That’s why there was a discussion on getting the flat vacated.
The girl’s family members have not yet filed a complaint – police
According to media reports, regarding this matter, the Kavi Nagar police station told that the girl’s family members have not given any complaint till Monday night. Nevertheless, taking cognizance of the video, both the boys Aman and Shariq have been arrested under section 151 for breach of peace. Aman is pursuing B.Tech from an engineering college in Ghaziabad. While the other accused used to tell himself to be working in the Ministry of Home Affairs in Shariq Society. However, nothing like this has come out in the investigation.
Police says that we have seen the CCTV footage of the lift. In this, the intention of both the boys is not like threatening. It seems as if both the boys have jokingly shown the knife to the girl. After showing the knife, a boy is also seen laughing in the video.
