Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena said, we first tried door-to-door ration delivery in Delhi but LG created obstacles in it. We have started it in Punjab. There are a lot of people who are hand-to-mouth. Now the ration will reach their home. This is a big plan.

Political parties used to contest elections by stealing your ration, will be closed today: Kejriwal
Addressing the people after launching the door-to-door ration scheme, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, the parties which used to steal your ration to contest elections, will be stopped today. He said, every grain of grain which used to be snatched from the mouth of your children, will now go into the stomach of your child.
Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann went door to door and gave ration to the people.
The Aam Aadmi Party government of Punjab will pack and deliver ration to people’s homes. A vehicle was kept for this. After the launch of the scheme, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann reached the houses of the beneficiaries and distributed ration with their own hands. During this, the Chief Ministers of both the states also talked to the people. When the Chief Ministers of both the states reached people’s homes to deliver ration, a family told that their son was undergoing treatment for cancer. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann immediately ordered that all treatment should be provided free of cost under the government’s cancer scheme.
