Ratu (Ranchi): Police have arrested five accused on charges of gang rape of two girls in Ratu police station area of Ranchi district of Jharkhand late on Friday night. The police is interrogating them. Ratu police station police inspector Shashibhushan Chaudhary said that the police is interrogating the youth accused in the gang rape case.
Villagers handed over the accused to the police
It is being told that as soon as they got wind of the gang rape, the villagers handed over the five youths to the police. The police brought him to the police station late at night and are interrogating him. The three arrested youths are said to be from Nayatoli Simalia, while two youths are from Tigra. The police is investigating the entire matter.
