Gadar 2 Box Office Collection Day 8: Bollywood actor Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 has been earning a record since its release in theatres. The film directed by Anil Sharma has entered the 300 crore club in India. Let us tell you that Gadar 2 was released in theaters on 11 August.
According to Sacnilk.com, according to the initial estimates, Gadar 2 has earned 19.50 crores in India on its eighth day. Gadar 2 earned 284.63 crores in the first week of its release. The film has so far earned Rs 304.13 crore at the domestic box office.
Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel are in the lead roles in this film which proved to be a blockbuster. On the other hand, stars like Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur are also seen winning the hearts of the audience with their tremendous acting.
Regarding the audience’s love for Gadar 2, Sunny Deol had said, “I was under a lot of stress before the release of the film. When the film released, I cried and laughed the whole night. My father was around and he saw it. I told him Said, ‘I have not drunk, I am happy, what can I do.’
However, after the release of Gadar 2, it was being speculated that soon Gadar 3 would also come. On this, film director Anil Sharma said, “You will have to wait for it…just like this (Gadar 2)… me and Shaktimaan ji (writer of Gadar 2) have some thoughts in mind.” So just wait everything will happen.
Gadar 2 is the sequel to Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, which released across the cinemas in 2001. In the first film, Sunny played the role of Tara Singh, a truck driver, while Ameesha Patel played the role of Sakina. The film was set in 1947 during the partition of India. In Gadar 2, Tara Singh crosses the border to save his son Jeeta from the Pakistani army.
