Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren will launch the third phase of ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ campaign from Bhognadih and Sahibganj district headquarters on November 24. This campaign will start in the entire state from this date. The Chief Minister will visit each district headquarters one by one and participate in the district and divisional level campaigns. He will go to Pakur on the night of 24th November. Will join Pakur there on 25th November.
Similarly, Lohardaga on 28th November, Simdega on 29th November, Garhwa on 30th November, Palamu on 1st December, Koderma on 4th December, Giridih on 5th December, Seraikela on 6th December, Jamshedpur on 7th December, Godda on 8th December, The Chief Minister will participate in the district level campaign in Deoghar, Dhanbad on 10th December and Bokaro on 11th December. Programs for other districts are being prepared. He will visit all the 24 districts of the state between November 24 and December 29. The campaign will conclude on 29th December in Ranchi on the fourth anniversary of Hemant Sarkar.
Objective of the campaign:
Under this campaign, by organizing camps at the Panchayat level, the benefits of various public welfare schemes of the state government will be made available to the common people in the camps themselves. The government directs that no qualified person should be deprived of the benefits of the scheme. Special arrangements will be made in these camps to disseminate information about government schemes to the common people. Districts have been instructed to organize at least one camp in all the Panchayats of the districts. Information about the venue, date and time of these camps should also be given to the public representatives and the minister in-charge, so that they can also participate in these camps as per their convenience.

Welfare platform will be established
A welfare platform will be set up in each camp, through which benefits and assets will be distributed among the beneficiaries. Under this, a campaign was previously launched to issue caste certificates to school children. In this campaign, undelivered caste certificates will be laminated and distributed in these camps. In each camp, symbolic checks will be distributed among the students for the purchase of bicycles. Distribution of ID cards among SHG/cluster members. Dhoti-sari-lungi and blankets will be distributed.
