Friends met after 50 years and spent happy moments, Carmel Alumni Association provided the opportunity

Lucknow: The sixth annual function of Lucknow Carmel Alumni Association was organized at Mount Carmel College Metropolitan Campus. In this function, girl students from 1967 to 2022 participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The excitement of meeting school friends and teachers after years was palpable. Some girl students were meeting each other after 50 years. His joy on this occasion was clearly visible.

The program started with the first GBM of the association. In which all the members of the association along with the executive were present. President Dr. Vineeta Singh informed that the association has been registered. This is the golden jubilee year of the high school passed girls of 1973 batch. The girl students present were honored amidst thunderous applause for making this occasion unforgettable. Mainly among them is Dr. Anita Singh who is a doctor by profession, but she has won an international award in the field of photography. Similarly, Dr. Rashmi Dhawan, who has won many awards in international golf competitions, was present.

Association Vice President Monalisa Chaudhary said that this program was contributed by the organization’s secretary Ms. Roma, joint secretaries Rakhi and Jyotsna, treasurer Avnika and core committee members Anjana, Ruchi Khare, Rashmi and Devika. Roma Bachhani conducted the program and kept the audience engaged with the program. Mount Carmel College’s Vice Principal Sister Jyoti, Manager Sister Marisa Thrace and teachers and retired teachers of the school were also present in the program.
