According to the company constructing the tunnel, the workers trapped in the tunnel are from Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. A part of the tunnel under construction on Yamunotri National Highway in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand has collapsed. After this, all the 40 workers trapped inside are said to be safe. According to the information, contact has been established with them. After this, food, water and oxygen are being supplied to them. The workers trapped in the tunnel are from Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
