Jamia Millia Islamia has released its schedule for admission in the new session. Students can start the process accordingly for admission in schools for the academic session 2024-25. The released schedule is for Jamia Senior Secondary School, Syed Abid Hussain (SAH) Senior Secondary School including Primary Section, Jamia Girls Senior Secondary School, Musheer Fatima Nursery School and Balak Mata Centre. Prospectuses for all these have also been issued. Forms for admission in these schools of MIA will be available from February 1st. The last date for form submission is February 29, 2024.

Forms for admission to Balak Mata Center will be available offline. The application fee for this is Rs 50. Apart from this, forms of remaining 4 schools will also be available online on the website www.jmicoe.in. The application fee in these four schools is Rs 500. In the admission notice issued by Jamia School, it has been told that the forms (hard copy) for admission in Balak Mata Center will also be available at the centers located at Matia Mahal, Kasabpura and Beriwala Bagh.
Central University
Jamia Millia Islamia is a central university. It was established during the British era in 1920. In 1988, it was made a central university. Apart from schools, Jamia has many other faculties including AJK Mass Communication Centre, Center for Nanoscience and Technology, Center for Management Studies, Law Faculty, Art Faculty, Social Science Faculty, Humanities and Language Faculty.
