She keeps raising her voice for the rights and rights of transgenders. Recently Reshma had raised questions on the caste census report conducted in Bihar. After that an attempt was made here also. Satrangi Restaurant is the first restaurant of its kind in the state. With the opening of Satrangi Dostana Restaurant, people from the trans community are getting employment. In future, such restaurants can be opened in other cities also.

The journey so far has been quite difficult

Reshma Prasad told that the land behind Mona Cinema Hall located at Gandhi Maidan in Patna was given by Patna Municipal Corporation. A two-storey building has been built on it. For this he expressed gratitude towards Bihar Government and Patna Municipal Corporation. Reshma Prasad tells that she was making continuous efforts since 2017 to start a colorful friendly restaurant. Its opening is the result of his struggle. She gives credit for this to her entire team and the people who cooperate with her. He said that the progress of the country is possible only through the development and upliftment of all the people of the society. There should always be experiments and efforts for the welfare of people especially the deprived and neglected sections of the society.
