It says that passengers should contact the airlines before travelling. The Airport Authority wrote on social media platform X that flight operations at Delhi Airport may be affected due to dense fog. Passengers are requested to contact the concerned airline for flight information. The game has been revealed for the inconvenience being caused to the passengers. Let us tell you that on Sunday, IndiGo flights were delayed due to low visibility and dense fog conditions across North India. This caused inconvenience to the passengers traveling by air. The effect of weather is also visible on the railways. Due to dense fog on January 15, 18 trains coming to Delhi from different parts of the country were running late.
Weather causes plane delays
Speaking to news agency ANI, Vanshika, a passenger, said that we are going to travel to Mumbai and our flight is delayed by 2 hours 55 minutes. The reason for delay may be bad weather or some problem in the flight. Another passenger Kartik Tayal said that our flight is delayed by 2 hours 45 minutes. We are going to Kolkata. The reason for the delay is fog and bad weather.

A total of 10 flights were diverted
Due to dense fog and low visibility at Delhi airport on Sunday morning, a total of 10 flights were diverted while around 100 flights were delayed. Some were even cancelled. Information in this regard was given by an official and it was said that between 4.30 am and 12 noon on Sunday, a total of 10 flights including two international flights were dispatched towards Jaipur. Nearly 100 flights, including foreign services, were delayed while some flights were canceled due to bad weather.
