Five former district presidents of Buxar opened a march against Ashwini Choubey, the state organization took this step

In many districts of Bihar, there is great dissatisfaction among the leaders of the party regarding the functioning of the local MPs. In Buxar, not one but five former district presidents of the party have opened a front against local MP Ashwini Choubey. Many strong district level leaders in the organization have entered the fray against their own MP. Although the state leadership is trying to pacify the anger of the protesting leaders by showing fear of notice, but how much success will be achieved in this, it is not yet possible.

A group of district organization held a separate meeting

According to the information, a meeting of the BJP District Working Committee was held in Buxar five days ago. In which Union Minister cum local MP also participated. During this, a group of party workers protested against the Union Minister. Slogans were raised against him. Even had clearly said that the party workers are against re-nominating Union Minister Ashwini Choubey from Buxar. A separate meeting was also held by a group of BJP workers regarding this. It was said in it that in the Lok Sabha elections of the year 2024, the party should make a local worker a candidate instead of Ashwini Choubey. Opponents say that because of MP Choubey, the NDA had to face defeat in all the six seats of the district in the assembly elections.

BJP issued notice

Five former district presidents Sachchitanand Bhagat, Kedarnath Tiwari, Rana Pratap Singh, Madhuri Kunwar and Priyavrat Singh are among those who opened the front against the local MP Ashwini Choubey. Apart from this, names like Chaudhary Ram Vinod Rai, Balram Pandey, Santosh Dubey, Daya Shankar Tiwari and Nand Lal Pandit are being mentioned among the strong leaders of the district organization. In view of this rebellion in the organization, Bihar BJP Disciplinary Committee President Vinay Singh has issued a notice to former Buxar District President Rana Pratap Singh. In the notice issued on May 29, it has been said that there is an allegation against you that you organized a parallel meeting of the party. This work of yours comes under the ambit of anti-party and gross indiscipline. You should appear in the office within 10 days and give a written explanation as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against you.
