Police have made the first arrest after five days in the murder case of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. It is being told that the police has arrested a person named Ramveer. Police Commissioner Biju George said, a person named Ramveer has been arrested in the Gogamedi murder case. According to the police, one accused of Gogamedi’s murder is from Haryana and the other from Rajasthan.
Ramveer had made complete arrangements for shooter Nitin Fauji.
It is being told that the person named Ramveer, who has been arrested by the police, was an associate of shooter Nitin Fauji. He was the one who had made complete arrangements for the soldier. The police are making continuous efforts to arrest the accused. Raids are being conducted at various places.
Gogamedi was murdered on 5th December.
On Tuesday, December 5, in Jaipur, unknown assailants entered the house of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi and shot him dead. Gogamedi died during treatment in the hospital. According to the police, during this incident the attackers also shot one person and another person present in the house was seriously injured. According to the police, the attackers entered Gogamedi’s house on the pretext of talking and after talking for some time, they started firing bullets. Both the attackers also shot Naveen Shekhawat who was accompanying them. Gogamedi and Naveen died in this incident while their acquaintance Ajit was seriously injured.
Rohit Godara gang took responsibility of the attack
Rohit Godara gang has taken responsibility for this incident. Rohit Godara, associated with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang, had taken responsibility for Gogamedi’s murder in a post viral on social media. He has said that Gogamedi was supporting and empowering his gang’s enemies.

The entire incident of attack on Gogamedi was recorded in the CCTV camera installed at the house. In the video, criminals are clearly seen firing bullets at Gogamedi. The criminals fired several rounds at Gogamedi.
Gogamedi had formed Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena in 2015.
Following differences with Karni Sena founder and patron Lokendra Singh Kalvi, Gogamedi broke away from Shri Rajput Karni Sena in 2015 and formed Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena. Both these organizations had opposed the film Padmavat for alleged tampering with historical facts in the context of the Rajput community.
