Apart from this, in the Ramkavya tradition, Goswami Tulsidas’s Ramcharitmanas, Geetavali, Kavitavali, Janaki Mangal, Bairve Ramayana, Ramlala Nahchhu and other works are establishing Ram in the public mind.

Lord Shri Ram is the favorite subject of researchers

Prabhu Shri Ram has been the subject of research since the beginning for the researchers of Hindi Department of Ranchi University. In 1974, for the first time, Dr. Ram Krishna Prasad Mishra obtained the degree of Doctorate in Literature (D-Litt) on the subject – Yog-spiritual interpretation of Ramcharitmanas. After this, Lord Shri Ram remained prominent in PhD also. Till now, two people have completed research work in D-Litt and more than 31 people in PhD. In 1975, Siya Kumari Singh completed her research work from the Hindi Department of Ranchi University. The subject of his aphorism was ‘Tulsi’s Image Scheme, based on Manas’. At that time, Dr. Father Kamil Bulke was Dr. Sia’s research director. After completion of the research work, many researchers converted their work into a book. Ram Granth out of stock in the capital

The texts related to Lord Shri Ram are distributed across the state from Geeta Press ‘Gyanalaya’ located at Pustak Path Upper Bazaar. Director Pramod Kumar Lohia told that the Gyanalaya was inaugurated on April 1, 1974. In collaboration with Geeta Press Gorakhpur, we are providing religious books to the people of Ranchi. Making them available among the devotees has become a challenge since the month of December. The book is not being printed as per the demand. There is a demand among Ram devotees for three books – Shri Ramcharitmanas, Sundar Kand and Hanuman Chalisa. People are demanding the 1056 page book of Shri Ramcharitmanas translator Hanuman Prasad Poddar. Every possible effort is being made to make available the original Gutka (only shloka based) and Bhasha Tika (text containing Hindi meaning with shloka) of Shri Ramcharitmanas for the believers. The price of a copy of Shri Ramcharitmanas ranges from Rs 70 to Rs 850. At the same time, Hanuman Chalisa is being made available for Rs 10 to Rs 40 and a copy of Sundar Kand is being made available for Rs 50 to Rs 250.
