What is UCC i.e. Common Civil Code

Uniform Civil Law i.e. Common Civil Code means ‘one rule for all’. According to this, there will be a uniform law for the whole country. In which the rules for marriage, divorce, inheritance and adoption will also be the same for all religious communities. Actually, in Article 44 of the Constitution, it has been said to implement the provision of uniform law for all the citizens living in India.
