Excise Policy Case: ED tells High Court, AAP laundered money through Kejriwal

Excise Policy Case: ED, while filing its reply in the High Court, made many serious allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. ED said, Aam Aadmi Party did money laundering through Arvind Kejriwal. ED also said that Kejriwal had full knowledge about the conspiracy. ED told Delhi High Court, AAP has committed the crime of money laundering through Shri Arvind Kejriwal and such crimes come under Section 70, PMLA 2002. AAP is a political party consisting of an association of persons registered under Section 29-A of the Representation of the People Act 1951.

Aam Aadmi Party benefited from liquor scam

ED said in its reply filed in Delhi High Court, Aam Aadmi Party benefited from the liquor scam. Whereas Arvind Kejriwal had full knowledge about the conspiracy. Everything happened with the knowledge of Kejriwal. However, ED told the court that Arvind Kejriwal himself has not done the hawala transaction.
