Elvish Yadav News: A new report has claimed that Elvish Yadav confessed to arranging snake venom for rave parties, just hours after his arrest.
YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav was arrested in Noida on Sunday. He was accused of supplying snake venom at parties.
On Monday news came that Elvish had confessed to his crime. He also said that he knew people who were arrested in the same case last year.
According to the report of NDTV, Elvish Yadav has admitted to ‘arranging snakes and snake poison’ in rave parties organized earlier also. The source said that the YouTuber also admitted that he had met the accused at different rave parties and was in touch with them. Let us tell you that Elvish had earlier denied the claims.
Following the confession, Elvish will now face charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The law under Section 29 deals with the purchase and sale of drugs. It has been told that it is difficult to get bail under this law.

Elvish’s name first came up in the snake venom case last year. Last November, a group of 5 people were arrested in connection with a rave party.
During a raid in Noida Sector 49, police recovered nine snakes, including five cobras, and seized about 20 ml of snake venom.
The case was registered under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
At the time, the arrested group claimed that they had provided snakes and snake venom to the Elvish for their parties. However, Elvish had called it baseless at that time. He was questioned on November 7, 2023, in connection with the case and claimed that snakes were supplied by singer Fazilpuriya at a rave party in Noida.
However, on Sunday 17 March, the police arrested Elvish. He was taken into judicial custody and will reportedly remain in custody for 14 days.
