Elvish Yadav News: Noida Police has filed a 1,200-page charge sheet in Surajpur court against Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav and seven others in the snake venom case.
Statements of 24 witnesses have also been recorded in the charge sheet. Noida Police is collecting information about cases registered across the country including Noida and Gurugram. The report from Jaipur lab confirming snake venom has also been included in the charge sheet.
Not only this, videos, call details and other electronic evidence related to the snake venom case were made the basis. In the charge sheet, evidence has been presented regarding the sections of NDPS Act imposed on Elvish Yadav.
In November last year, an FIR was registered against Elvish Yadav and eight people including 5 snake charmers were arrested in this case. YouTuber was also arrested recently in this case.
Last year, based on the complaint of People for Animals (PFA) organization, Noida Police had raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people.

The PFA has named Elvish Yadav in its FIR and accused him of organizing rave parties in which he invites foreigners and arranges for poisonous snakes.
Let us tell you that during the raid, nine poisonous snakes were also recovered. Let us tell you that under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, removing the venom glands of a snake is a punishable offense and the culprit can be jailed for seven years.
