Japanese company Kawasaki has announced the second offering of its profile by launching its second bike Eliminator 500 Cruiser 2024 in India at the beginning of 2024. The company has launched Kawasaki Eliminator 500 Cruiser 2024 bike at a price of Rs 5.62 lakh. The Eliminator 500 went global last year and continues to make inroads in many markets outside Japan. In India, the ‘Eliminator’ name remains iconic in the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer’s portfolio. After launching it, the company has now started booking it at its dealership.

The Kawasaki Eliminator 500 Cruiser 2024 is introduced as a classic cruiser with modern styling. It retains the low-slung design and comfortable design, but the bike also has a round LED headlamp, exposed frame and all-black elements. The cruiser has a speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, coolant temperature, gear position indicator, two trip meters and a circular LCD instrument console. The unit also gets Bluetooth connectivity through the Kawasaki Rideology app along with calls and notifications.

The Kawasaki Eliminator 500 Cruiser is powered by a 451 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine powered by the 2024 Ninja 400, which generates 44 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 46 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and also comes with assist and slipped clutch. Apart from this, it has a 41 mm telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorber at the rear. Also, a 310 mm semi-floating front disc with dual-channel ABS and a 220 mm disc braking system at the rear have been provided. The bike has 130/70/R18 tire at the front and 150/80R16 tire at the rear, which is equipped with 10-spoke alloy wheel.
