Elementary school assistant teacher trained joint competitive examination can be held from February 10.

Ranchi: The conduct of Trained Assistant Professor Joint Competitive Examination-2023 for appointment to 26001 posts in primary schools of Jharkhand state is now possible from February 10. Also, applications will soon be invited from Jharkhand candidates (local residents) who have passed CTET and TET from other states to appear in the Primary School Trained Assistant Teacher Combined Competitive Examination. The online link for receiving online applications will be activated soon on the website of the Commission. This information has been issued by the Controller of Examinations of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).

It has been said in the information that the said competitive examination was proposed from January 12 to January 31. In the light of the order of Jharkhand High Court, online applications are to be received from new candidates. Now the detailed schedule of the examination will be prepared after the completion of the process of receiving online applications from new candidates. It is noteworthy that Jharkhand High Court has passed the order in the petitions filed by CTET Passed Candidates Association, Suraj Bihari Mandal, Motilal Nayak, Asha Kumari and others. The High Court had said in its order that those local residents of Jharkhand state, who have passed CTET or TET from the neighboring state, should be included in the Jharkhand Primary School Trained Assistant Teacher Combined Competitive Examination-2023.
