Lucknow: BSP chief Mayawati has issued a statement on the issue of Electoral Bonds. He said that the decision of the Supreme Court is important, but continuous efforts are necessary to protect the Constitution and democracy. He has written that the latest decision of the Supreme Court is important against the process of taking the country’s politics and elections away from public interest and public opinion with the help of money generated from secret electoral bonds after corruption in defense deals etc. But it is necessary to make continuous efforts to protect the Constitution and democracy.

BSP National President Mayawati has written on Twitter that where there is support, there is a hint. To avoid this, BSP is away from the money power of big capitalists and rich people. Due to which the government formed four times in UP took historic initiatives for public interest, public welfare and removal of poverty and backwardness. Whereas other parties are mostly engaged in self-interest. These things have special importance in the interest of the people and the country in the general elections being held for the Lok Sabha in the country.
