Gorakhpur : An old man has been murdered in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh and his body has been found buried in straw in the field. The killer has brutally murdered the old man. Prima facie it has come to the fore that the killer first broke the hands and legs of the elderly and then killed him. To erase the identity, the killer has crushed the dead body with a heavy weapon. This incident is of Tighra under PPganj police station area of Gorakhpur. At present, the police, who reached the spot on information, have taken the dead body in possession and sent it for postmortem and have started investigating the matter. The police is probing why the old man was killed. But if the villagers are to be believed, they are expressing apprehension of killing the old man in Asanai and land dispute.
The deceased lived outside the village in Tubal’s room
Let us tell that 58-year-old Shivdhar Dushad, a resident of Tighra of PPganj police station area of Gorakhpur, used to distribute mail in the part-time post office. His wife has died 10 years ago. After the death of his wife, he used to stay at night in a one-room closet built in the field near Tubal, outside the village. While he used to come to his village house for food, his two sons live with their families in the village house. The son of the deceased said that on Thursday night, after having food at home as usual, he went to sleep in the room near the tubel after attending the worship being held at the Hanuman temple in the village. When he did not reach home on Friday morning, his son started searching. After a lot of searching, the body of the deceased was found lying on the head in the straw. After which his son informed the police about this.
The villagers believe that he was killed in Ashnai.
On the other hand, if the villagers agree, after the death of his wife, the deceased Shivdhar had a relationship with a woman from the village. The woman’s husband lives outside and the woman works at a sweet shop located near the village. The deceased Shivdhar used to drop the woman to her house daily by bicycle. He has been murdered in Ashnai. In this case, SP North Manoj Kumar Awasthi told that the dead body has been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. Further action will be taken by registering a case on the basis of the Tahrir received from the family. At present, the police is interrogating a woman and a young man in custody. Out of the two sons of the deceased, the younger son Sonu goes out and works as a laborer and the elder son works as a lineman on contract. The younger son has also come to the village these days. At the same time, during interrogation by the police, both the sons told that their father had no enmity with anyone. They appealed to the police to arrest their father’s killers as soon as possible.
