Efficiency test will be held for teachers in Bihar on June 18, know till when you can apply

According to Bihar Panchayat, City Elementary Teacher (Employment and Service Condition) rules, it is mandatory for the employed elementary teachers to pass the efficiency test. Under this, the State Education Research and Training Council, Patna, will organize the Preliminary Teacher Evaluation (Efficiency Test) examination for teachers for the fifth time. Earlier this exam was to be conducted on 23 April 2023 only, but now this exam will be held on 18 June.

Your online application from 4th May to 9th May

Teachers who have applied earlier need not apply again for appearing in the proficiency test. The left out teachers who had not applied earlier can apply online on the website of SCERT Patna from May 4 to May 9. The online application made by the teachers will also be verified by the headmaster of the concerned school in the same period from May 4 to May 9. After this, the district education officer will take out the print of the said application and verify it between May 4 and May 10. After the completion of the verification process, online admit card will also be issued to all the teacher candidates.

Exam will be held on June 18

Teachers will get their admit card between June 8 and June 18. On June 18, the fifth efficiency test of teachers will be conducted. After the examination, the provisional answer key will be published on June 25. At the same time, July 5 has been kept as the last date for filing objections against the answer key uploaded on the Preliminary Teacher Evaluation Examination.

Those whose service has been terminated by the planning unit cannot participate

Nalanda District Education Officer Keshav Prasad told that untrained teachers whose services have been terminated by the planning unit will not participate in this efficiency test. Similarly, if untrained teachers working till now apply for efficiency test, then their application will be approved and informed to the State Education Research Council.
