Education Minister Sunil Kumar came in support of KK Pathak

Shivhar. The politics of Bihar is once again heated due to the cancellation of teachers’ leave on the day of Holi. While the government’s allies are objecting to the working style of KK Pathak, former IPS Sunil Kumar, who became the Education Minister from JDU quota, has come out in support of KK Pathak, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department. He has said that the government provides residential training to teachers. Training was also going on in the police department, training was going on in Bipard and training of SCRT was also going on.

Teachers’ rights were not violated

On the cancellation of teachers’ leave on Holi, Education Minister Sunil Kumar has said that it is completely wrong to say that the rights of teachers have been violated. There are a total of about 6 lakh teachers in Bihar and the training arrangements we have are around 15 thousand in all the districts combined. He said that out of 6 lakh teachers in the state, only 12-13 thousand teachers were undergoing training. If 6 lakh teachers have to be trained, then everyone will have to undergo one week training. Only then will the training of all teachers be completed.

Improvement of education is everyone’s responsibility

The Education Minister said that there is no training in the training institute on festival days, but the time fixed for the training of teachers is that we also come from police background. This is not a matter of violation of anyone’s rights. Everyone needs to work unanimously on how to improve the quality of education. The education department is not only for the teachers, but also for the students. We have to see everyone. The education department is making every possible effort to ensure that students get quality education. No one has any privileges. Everything is being done as per law and rules.
