Education Department put a stop on Sanjay Singh’s pension, CPI-MLC got angry, read who said that he has lost his mental balance.

A new order has come from KK Pathak, Additional Secretary of the Education Department in Bihar. After this order of KK Pathak, the political turmoil in Bihar has once again intensified. KK Pathak’s new order is regarding an MLC of the ruling party. They have put a stop to the pension of CPI MLC Singh. Pathak has also put a stop to the pension and salary of MLC Sanjay Singh as well as Bahadur Sinha, executive president of University Teachers Association Futab. On the instructions of KK Pathak, the Education Department has stopped the salary and pension of two officials of teachers union Futab, Professor Bahadur Sinha, and the pension of MLC and Professor Sanjay Singh.

After this decision, the political temperature in Bihar has increased. Earlier, on the instructions of KK Pathak, there was an uproar over the calendar released by the Education Department regarding holidays in 2024. This controversy had not yet subsided when KK Pathak has issued another new order. After the ban on pension, MLC Sanjay Singh has called the order of the Education Department as Tulgaki diktat. He has said that if the education department does not withdraw it, we will stage a protest outside the residence of CM Nitish Kumar. Sanjay Singh is the general secretary of teachers union Futab and is associated with the left party CPI. After this action of Pathak against Left MLC Sanjay Singh, political uproar may arise in Bihar.

MLC Sanjay Singh has become MLC from Tirhut teachers constituency. Along with this, he is also a professor in the university. CPI is supporting Nitish government from outside in Bihar. CPI has two MLAs in the assembly. CPI is also a part of the INDIA alliance formed against NDA on the initiative of Nitish Kumar. After this action of KK Pathak, there may be a dispute between JDU and CPI.
