ED takes action in land in exchange for job case, charge sheet filed against Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti

Land For Job Case: ED has filed charge sheet in the ‘land in exchange for job’ case. ED has taken action on Tuesday in the money laundering case related to Land for Job. Former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri DeviA charge sheet has been filed against his daughter and MP Misa Bharti. Actually, this information has been shared by an officer. ED has made seven people accused in the alleged land-for-job scam. The charge sheet has been filed by the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Apart from Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti, the names of Hima Yadav, Amit Katyal and Hridayanand Chaudhary are included in this. At the same time, it is coming to light that the hearing on this charge sheet will be held on January 16. According to the information, charge sheet was also filed earlier by CBI in this case.

Tejashwi Yadav could not appear

Earlier, Bihar Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav had not appeared before in the matter of land in exchange for job. Lalu was the Railway Minister in the Yadav government. During that time the matter of Land for Job scam came to light. At the same time, the Deputy Chief Minister was called for questioning earlier also. He was called on 22 December. After this, he was called on January 5 also. But, due to being busy, the Deputy CM’s plan to go to Delhi could not be made. On December 22, Lalu Yadav was also called for questioning. But, even the RJD supremo could not appear before the ED.

Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister in the UPA One government. Between 2004 and 2009, many people were appointed in different zones of Indian Railways. It is alleged that he had given his land to Lalu Yadav and his family members. It was claimed by the ED that Amit Katyal was the director of this company. In this the land was transferred. It is alleged that Amit Katyal had taken land from the company.
