Ranchi. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent summons to Bachchu Yadav’s nephews (Kala Sanjay, Gora Sanjay) for questioning in the illegal mining case. He has been directed to appear on 27th September. In the summons issued earlier, he was directed to appear on September 20. But, neither of them appeared.
In the light of the order of the Supreme Court, Bachchu Yadav was released from jail on September 8. During the investigation of illegal mining case, ED got information about purchase of property by Bachchu Yadav in the name of his nephews. Apart from this, both of them have also been found involved in illegal mining. After getting information about this, ED had issued summons to him and called him for questioning regarding the information about the financial sources of the property.
But, on September 20, the date fixed for questioning, neither of them appeared. Both of them also gave any information to the ED regarding their absence. Therefore, he has been summoned for the second time and called for questioning.
