ED now sent summons to AAP leader Durgesh Pathak

The Enforcement Directorate (ED), the agency investigating the Delhi Liquor Policy case, has now summoned Aam Aadmi Party leader and MLA Durgesh Pathak. Let us tell you that during the Goa Assembly elections, the party had given the responsibility to Pathak there. He is AAP’s MLA from Rajinder Nagar.

Arvind Kejriwal’s PA was interrogated

According to media reports, the investigating agency also questioned Arvind Kejriwal’s personal assistant (PA) Bibhav Kumar on Monday in connection with money laundering related to the excise case. Regarding the matter, an ED official said that Bibhav Kumar’s statement has been recorded under the provisions of PMLA. He told that MLA Durgesh Pathak has also been called for questioning in the matter.

Kejriwal in judicial custody till 15 April

It is noteworthy that currently Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is lodged in Tihar Jail in the Delhi Excise Policy case. He was arrested by the investigating agency ED on March 21 and after this the court sent him on ED remand till April 1. After the remand period was over, the court sent Kejriwal to judicial custody till April 15, after which he is still in jail.

‘AAP’ is a constant attacker on BJP

After the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, the party is continuously attacking BJP. Recently, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh had strongly attacked BJP in a press conference and said that Arvind Kejriwal was being implicated in a conspiracy. During this period, he had also released some pictures to the media.
