ED is interrogating Hemant Soren at CM residence, thousands of JMM supporters gathered in Morhabadi, alert near Raj Bhavan

Hemant Soren News Today . Thousands of supporters of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) from different parts of the state are standing at Morhabadi Maidan, while on the other hand, police force is on alert outside Raj Bhavan.

Section 144 has been imposed at many places in Ranchi.

This is the second time that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) working president Hemant Soren is being interrogated by the ED team in the CMO. For the first time, the interrogation took place for about seven and a half hours on January 20. That day too, Section 144 was imposed near the CMO, but hundreds of JMM supporters had gathered on both sides of the Chief Minister’s residence. Slogans were raised against ED and Central Government.

ED officers reached CMO with CRPF soldiers

On Wednesday (January 31), once again the ED team along with security forces reached the Chief Minister’s residence. After checking the identity cards of the ED officers, the officials outside the CMO allowed them to enter the Chief Minister’s residence. Many vehicles had come with the ED officers, in which there were Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel. After entering the CMO, ED officials completed the paperwork. After this, interrogation of Chief Minister Hemant Soren started in a closed room. Video recording of the entire action is also being done.

JMM workers angry with ED’s questioning of Hemant Soren

JMM leaders and workers are angry with the ED repeatedly sending summons to the Chief Minister and interrogating him. They are continuously protesting against ED. Marching to Raj Bhavan. Today again JMM workers had to march to Raj Bhavan. That’s why these people are gathered in Morhabadi ground. But, due to the implementation of Section 144, they are not moving in that direction right now.

Three officers appointed to keep an eye on security arrangements

To prevent any law and order situation from arising during the questioning of the Chief Minister, prohibitory orders were imposed at three places in the capital. Section 144 was imposed outside Raj Bhavan, Chief Minister’s residence and ED office in Hinu. Three special officials were deployed to maintain security.

On the other hand, JMM workers and supporters from different districts of Jharkhand are playing drums at Morhabadi ground. They say that these people have come here to express their support towards Hemant Soren. At the same time, MLAs from all the parties of the ruling Grand Alliance in Jharkhand have also come to the Chief Minister’s residence. When JMM workers talked about marching to Raj Bhavan, security arrangements were tightened around Raj Bhavan. Police were asked to remain alert.

ED has sent 10 summons to Hemant Soren so far

ED had sent the 10th summons to Hemant Soren asking him to tell the time and place for interrogation between January 27 and 31. But, Hemant Soren sent a letter to ED saying that he does not have time. At the same time, his party JMM said that the Chief Minister is busy till March. They don’t have time.

Raid on Hemant Soren’s Delhi residence on 29 January

Meanwhile, on January 29, ED officials raided the official residence of Chief Minister Hemant Soren in Delhi. When Hemant Soren was not found there, the team also reached Shibu Soren’s residence and Jharkhand Bhawan. Hemant Soren was nowhere to be found. The team remained at his residence till 10 pm.

Rs 36 lakh found from Hemant’s official residence in Delhi

The next day i.e. on January 30, news agency ANI quoted ED as saying that Rs 36 lakh had been recovered from Hemant Soren’s residence in Delhi. Along with this, the news of two cars being seized from his official residence also came in the media. At the same time, an e-mail was sent from the CMO to the ED office that Hemant Soren is available for questioning on January 31 at 1 pm.

CM held a meeting with MLAs on January 30

Let us tell you that on January 30, Chief Minister Hemant Soren held a meeting with the MLAs at the Chief Minister’s residence. With this all the confusion ended. This question also came to an end as to where is the Chief Minister? However, it is not yet known where Hemant Soren was when the ED team raided his official residence in Delhi.

Also completely rejected the possibility that Hemant Soren is going to resign and Kalpana Soren is going to become the new Chief Minister.
