The Income Tax Department team in Lucknow has recently seized such property in Dalibagh. Now many such properties have been detected in other states also. A plan has been prepared to tighten the noose on these also.

Income Tax Department is taking action through Operation Panther

The Income Tax Department is running Operation Panther to destroy Mukhtar’s illegally built economic empire. After thorough investigation, the team got information about 23 properties, which are being seized from Lucknow to Ghazipur. The plot of Dalibagh which has been seized by the Income Tax Department was earlier in the name of Mukhtar’s wife Afshan. Later it was transferred to the name of real estate businessman Ganesh Dutt Mishra. After this, Ganesh Mishra transferred it in the name of Mukhtar’s close female relative.

Similarly, Mukhtar had purchased many properties with his black money and got them transferred in the name of Ganesh Mishra. Later Ganesh Mishra changed it to someone else’s name. Documents related to purchase and sale of these properties are being investigated. Two more properties can be seized soon under Operation Panther. The Income Tax Department team has made preparations for this.

More than 24 properties related to Mukhtar exposed in two states

The special thing is that many investigative agencies are working against Mukhtar Ansari. Along with the Income Tax Department, the Enforcement Directorate is also busy in its investigation. ED team is going to tighten legal noose on Mukhtar Ansari’s properties in Punjab and Delhi. It is being told that ED has detected more than 24 properties related to Mukhtar and his people in these two states.

Bought property in the name of others to avoid getting entangled in legal matters.

Investigation has revealed that Mukhtar has purchased many properties in Delhi, Lucknow and Varanasi in the name of his close friend Jitendra Sapra. Through Jitendra Sapra, Mukhtar had invested crores of rupees of his black money in real estate. Similarly, many lands were purchased in the Bundelkhand area of ​​Uttar Pradesh in the name of Vikas Construction. ED has seized properties worth Rs 3.50 crore in Orai and Jalaun some time ago. However, it is being said that there are still many huge assets related to Mukhtar Ansari, which are yet to be ascertained by the investigating agencies. Mukhtar built a huge economic empire in the world of Jarayam due to his name, he bought property in the name of people close to him, so that he could not get entangled in legal matters.

Bail approved in gangster case, wife still absconding

Mukhtar Ansari is currently lodged in Banda jail. Recently he got relief from Allahabad High Court. The High Court has approved his bail in the gangster case and has also banned the fine. However, the High Court did not accept Mukhtar Ansari’s appeal for a stay on his sentence for ten years. Hearing is going on in the High Court on the appeal filed against the sentence. Ghazipur’s MP MLA Special Court had sentenced Mukhtar Ansari in the gangster case on 29 April. Mukhtar Ansari has been in jail for 12 years and 4 months. His wife Afsha Ansari is also a criminal in the eyes of the law. A reward of Rs 50 thousand has been declared on him. Despite many efforts, the police has not been able to find the clue of Afsha Ansari.
