Earthquake: National Seismology Center said, along with Chandigarh, light tremors were felt for a few seconds in various parts of Punjab and Haryana. Chandigarh resident Sanjay Kumar said, I felt a strong tremor of the earthquake for a few seconds. Just when I was thinking about running down, it stopped.
Contact made with two Indians missing in Taiwan earthquake
India has established contact with two of its citizens who were reported missing after the earthquake in Taiwan and they are safe. The Foreign Ministry gave this information on Thursday. There was a powerful earthquake in Taiwan on Wednesday, due to which many buildings were damaged and many people were trapped in remote areas. The death toll from the earthquake has increased to 10.
