Durga Puja 2023: The view of ‘Chandrayaan-3’ will be seen in the pandal of Rampurhat.

Birbhum, Mukesh Tiwari: If you want to see Chandrayaan-3 closely, then you can go to the puja pandal being built in Rampurhat in Birbhum. Chandmari Awasik Vrind Club of Rampurhat, in its 19th year of public Durga festival, is making a grand puja pandal on the lines of Chandrayaan-3. The pandal will try to reflect the success of the country’s Chandrayaan mission through lander Vikram and rover Pragyan. The countdown to Durga Puja has started. Devi Paksha will start from the last day of Pitru Paksha i.e. Mahalaya. After that Durga Puja of Bengal will start.

Pandal making work is going on war footing

Maa Durga is coming in Shardiya Navratri. The work of making the pandal is going on war footing. The sculptors are busy in realizing the clay statue of Mahishasurmardini. There will be a ceremony of donating eyes to Mahalaya. This time the budget of Durga Puja of Chandmari Residential Vrind Club of Rampurhat has been kept at Rs 4 to 5 lakh. After the success of Chandrayaan-3, ISRO scientists are famous all over the world. Similarly, many astronauts from different parts of West Bengal have also participated in this mission. One of these space scientists is Vijay Kumar Dai, resident of Birbhum.

This space scientist, who came from a poor family, is today one of the main pillars of conquering the Moon. The club members want to inaugurate this year’s puja with their own hands. It is noteworthy that a few days ago the rocket was launched from Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. Lander Vikram landed on the surface of the moon 40 days after launch. Since then all Indians are proud. A puja pandal is being made with this as its theme, which will surely be the center of attraction for the puja goers.
