‘Dinky’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani stars Shahrukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani. The film was released on 21 December and Prabhas’s movie was released the next day.
Dunky took 5th place at the box office earning around Rs 22.50 crore in all languages (initial estimate). However, Shahrukh Khan’s movie got the benefit of Christmas holiday.
The film Salaar, directed by Prashanth Neel, was released in theaters in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. According to Sacnilk.com, on the fourth day the film earned Rs 42.50 crore in all languages.
Due to Christmas holiday, there was an increase in Salar’s earnings. The total earning of the film so far has reached Rs 251.60 crore. Soon it will join the Rs 300 crore club.
At the same time, Shahrukh Khan’s movie Dunky has earned Rs 128.13 crore so far. Let us tell you that the film had collected Rs 29.2 crore on the first day.

A report by OTTPlay suggests that Rajkumar Hirani’s film will be released on Jio Cinema. If reports are to be believed, the film Dinky will be available for streaming on OTT 2 months after its release in theatres.
Within hours of the release of Salaar, it got leaked on various platforms like Tamilrockers, Telegram, Filmyzilla, Movierulz. The film is available for free download on these sites.
If reports are to be believed, Salaar has been made on a huge budget of Rs 400 crore. Apart from Prabhas, it has actors like Tinu Anand, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Ishwari Rao, Shriya Reddy, Mime Gopi, John Vijay.
