Shahrukh Khan recently went to Dubai for the promotion of his upcoming film Donkey. At a promotional event in Dubai, the actor called his film Donkey one of the best films till date. Speaking about his previous films, Jawan and Pathan, Shahrukh said, “So when I made Jawan, I thought I had made a film for boys and girls, but I didn’t make anything for myself, then I made Dinky. If I made it, it is my film. This film is very close to my heart. When I was doing ‘Pathan’, many people who write about films, who obviously know more about films than the filmmakers, were saying that what kind of roles am I doing, so why should I I really felt that I should do films that come from my heart and this includes all that I have done so far. I started the year with ‘Pathan’, which was always ladies first and I want to end the year with a film for myself. So please watch Donkey on 21st December. Everyone will find something in the film that will touch their heart. The film will also make you laugh.”
