Instructions for conducting fair and fear-free elections

Security system will be perfect
It was said that the dispatch of Dumri assembly constituency will be done from Dumri only. Prepare a route chart for going from the dispatch center to the cluster center and from the cluster center to the polling station and after polling to reach the polling center and cluster center to the receiving center Krishi Utpadan Bazar Samiti, Bishanpur, Pachamba, Giridih.
