Constitution Day was celebrated in all the government offices and institutions of the sub-capital Dumka. During this, all the constitution makers including Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar were remembered. After reading the Preamble of the Constitution, it was said to surrender it. On Constitution Day, the Preamble of the Constitution was read under the leadership of Commissioner Lalchand Dadel in the Divisional Commissioner’s office. On this occasion, Deputy Transport Commissioner-cum-Secretary Jugnu Minj, Commissioner’s Secretary Amit Kumar, Branch Officer Rajesh Kumar, Pramod Murmu, Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, Vidhan Chakraborty, Shubham Saurabh, Aditya Abhishek were present. During this, the Commissioner said that the Constitution gives equal rights to every citizen. Therefore everyone should respect the Constitution. While Deputy Inspector General of Police Sudarshan Prasad Mandal was celebrating the Constitution Day at the Deputy Inspector General of Police Office in Dumka, SP Pitambar Singh Kherwar, while celebrating the Constitution Day at the police office, the Preamble of the Constitution was recited along with all the police officers and personnel of the office. Similarly, the Preamble of the Constitution was read by all the police station in-charges of Dumka district along with the police officers and personnel of their respective police stations. NSS Program Officer Dr. Pramod Kumar Jha and Prof. Anhad Lal administered the oath. Dr. Pramod Kumar Jha especially threw light on the Constitution. Prof. Lal said that it is not only the right but also the duty of all of us to use the fundamental rights given by our Constitution, as well as to follow the duty and protect it.
Agriculture Minister paid tribute to the creator of the Constitution
Jharkhand’s Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Cooperative Minister Badal Patralekh lit the lamp at the statue of Bharat Ratna Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar on the occasion of Constitution Day in Chordiha village of Jarmundi block. Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh paid tribute by offering flowers on the statue. The Agriculture Minister said that the Constitution of India gives equal rights to every citizen of the country to live in independent India. Promoting the values of the Constitution among the people means spreading awareness. Dr. BR Ambedkar has played an important role in making the Constitution of India. Anuj Kumar, Mukesh Yadav, Block Congress President cum MLA representative Satyanarayan Yadav, Nandu Yadav, Shrikant Yadav, Gopal and dozens of Badal team members were present on the occasion.
