Dr. Raman Singh has written in the letter that in the result of State Service Examination 2021 conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, the top 18 names are of children and relatives of Congress leaders, the then Chairman of CGPSC and senior officials and they have been selected on higher posts. . Raman Singh has written in the letter that in view of the disappointment and anger among the youth, former Home Minister and party MLA Nankiram Kanwar filed a petition in the High Court, accepting which the Honorable High Court has reprimanded the state government. The High Court has asked to stop the appointment of a total of 18 selected candidates. Dr. Raman Singh said that since five out of 18 people had already been appointed, there is currently a ban on the appointment of a total of 13 candidates.

Dr. Raman Singh has written that along with this, rigging in the evaluation and interview of the main examination of State Service Examination 2022 conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has also been exposed. This includes giving marks to a candidate without writing any answer, selecting someone even if he gets less marks and excluding someone even if he gets more marks etc. The former Chief Minister has said in a letter to the Prime Minister that the youth of the state do not trust the investigation of the state government.
