Don’t take tension! If you do not have Voter ID then vote for your favorite party.

Voting is going on for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. This time people are seen exercising their franchise with more enthusiasm. People came to vote early in the morning amid mild cold in the state. In the meantime let us tell you one important thing. Actually, if you do not have a voter card and you are planning to vote, then you are able to exercise your franchise. Yes…you heard it right…if you have 12 other alternative documents apart from the Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission, then you can vote for the party of your choice.

In this regard, detailed guidelines have been issued by the Election Commission a few days before voting. The Election Commission has done the work of issuing voter identity cards with photographs to all voters. Voters use it while casting their vote. Despite this, if a voter is not able to show the voter photo identity card, then there is an option of 12 alternative documents for him. Know which are those documents..

-Aadhar card

-MNREGA job card

-Passbook with photo of bank or post office

-Health insurance smart card issued under the scheme of Labor Ministry.

-driving license

-PAN card

-Smart cards issued by RGI under NPR

-Indian passport, pension document with photo

-Central, State Government, Public Undertaking

-Service Identity Cards with photo issued by public limited companies to their employees

-Voters can use the government identity card issued to MPs, MLAs or Legislative Council members and the unique disability ID card issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment as identity cards.

Create a new record of voting: PM Modi

PM Modi wrote on social media platform X that votes will be cast for Rajasthan Assembly elections today. I request all the voters to create a new record of voting by exercising their franchise in maximum numbers. On this occasion, my best wishes to all the young friends of the state who are going to vote for the first time.
