Gorakhpur. Troubled by a row in Gorakhpur, a minor girl student of Class VIII has committed suicide. A girl was continuously chatting with him on mobile for a long time, due to which she was fed up. After which the girl student committed suicide by hanging herself in her house. This incident is of Chakia village under Pipraich police station area of Gorakhpur. The police, who reached the information, have taken the dead body in possession and sent it for postmortem and are interrogating the accused youth in custody. The deceased was a student of class VIII. Khedan Gupta, the father of the deceased, runs a grocery shop at home.
Accused youth in custody
The mother of the deceased girl student had gone to the weekly market in Bhathat town to buy goods for the shop. His daughter Gudiya and Preeti were at home. The student had sent her younger sister Gudiya to the market to buy samosas before the society. However, no complaint has been made to the police against the accused youth on behalf of the relatives of the deceased student. The villagers informed the mother of the deceased that her daughter Preeti had hanged herself, after which she reached home. Where Preeti was hanging from the latch in the house itself. It is being told that a young man was harassing the student by chatting on mobile for a long time.
Police investigating the incident
The police has taken the accused youth into custody. Preeti’s brother Deepak told that a young man of the town was harassing his sister for a long time. Due to public shame, the sister did not inform about this to anyone in the house. But, one day he was caught chatting on the mobile phone and then the whole thing came to the fore. The family members had explained a lot to the accused youth by going to his house, after which he had also apologised. But he did not stop his action. Due to which the student got upset.
