A senior company official said that despite the challenges being faced by Jio Cinema, which holds the digital broadcasting rights, Disney Star is full of confidence seeing the initial viewership of the T20 league on its TV platform. Disney Star holds the linear broadcast rights for Tata IPL. The company has so far tied up with 13 sponsors – Dream 11, Asian Paints, Thums Up, Airtel, Cadbury, Mountain Dew, Parle Biscuits, Kamla Pasand, RuPay, Britannia, Tata New, Jindal Panther TMT Rebars and LIC.
