Dhanbad: Writer Prof. Ashutosh passes away, mourning in Koyalanchal

Well-known Hindi poet and critic Prof. Ashutosh died on Tuesday during treatment in Kolkata. Recently, Professor died in a fire that broke out due to gas leakage from the cylinder in the kitchen of his flat. Ashutosh and his elder son were badly burnt. First his elder son died and today at eight in the morning he also passed away. Not only did he write poetry, he was also good at criticism. He had special respect in the literary world of Kolkata. The literary world is saddened by the news of his demise. There is mourning in Koyalanchal also due to his demise. Expressing grief over his demise, senior Hindi poet Anwar Shamim said that I had never met him, yet I felt close to him. Kumar Ashok, editor and critic of the literary magazine “Rekhankan” said that it is very sad that a committed and dedicated writer has parted ways like this. Urdu literary magazine “Shahpar” Editor Ahmed Farman, poet and journalist Shantanu Chakraborty, poet Naseem Akhtar Naseem, young poet Dr. Laldeep, painter and translator Hina Jarrin also expressed grief over his demise.
