Dhanbad: Tribal people demonstrated at the main gate of the outsourcing company, other people gathered in support of the victim couple.

Tribal couple Mano Devi and Mansa Tudu, residents of Muraidih Colony, along with hundreds of supporters, demonstrated strongly on Wednesday at the main gate of Minop Outsourcing Company run by BCCL, demanding planning and compensation in exchange for land. He says that in Sindwartand of Darida Mauza, BCCL’s Barora and Govindpur area management has forcibly occupied 220 acres 81 decimal land of land without giving planning compensation and houses have been constructed and mines are being run. Will give up his life if he doesn’t get planning compensation but won’t give up his land. Due to this, hundreds of people armed with traditional weapons took out a procession from Sindwartand. After about four hours of agitation, CI Narendra Kumar Singh, employee, Sub-Inspector Ajay Yadav from Baghmara zone reached the protest site and talked to the agitators.

During the talks, they assured to investigate and take action within 10 days, but the couple demanded investigation within 24 hours. The talks failed on this. CI has asked to submit the documents related to the land in the zonal office. The movement was continuing till the time of writing the news. CITU leaders Raju Yadav, Rajendra Murmu, Birsa Hansda, Mithilesh Thakur, Ashok Kumar, Gaurav Sharma, Vinod Kisku, Anil Baski, Mantosh Soren, Chhotu Murmu, Ravilal Murmu etc. were present on the occasion.
