Dhanbad: Three helicopters of the Air Force did a trial landing for the visit of the Vice President.

In the meeting, airport security, safe landing of helicopter, parking, team of doctors, ambulance and take off were discussed in detail. A four-member team along with Akshat Sharma of the Indian Air Force will be present in Dhanbad from the arrival of the Vice President till his departure from Friday. The team will do its work daily in the airport as per security check, scanning and other security standards.

Traffic will remain disrupted on GT Road: According to the information received, during the arrival of the Vice President, traffic from Barwada Airport to City Centre, ISM Gate will be disrupted. While going towards Durgapur, the movement of big vehicles will be stopped at GT Road Topchanchi in the west and GT Road Maithon in the east. Of the total distance from Dhanbad to Durgapur, 46 kilometers falls in Dhanbad region. Additional police force has been deployed in this area for security and order. In this regard, SDM Uday Rajak said that mock drill has been done for security reasons, so that no mistake is made.
