The 139th Foundation Day of the Congress Party was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Thursday by the Dhanbad District Congress Committee at the Vivah Mandal premises located at Lubi Circular. The program started with the flag hoisting of the Congress Party. Tributes were also paid to great men. During this period, more than six dozen senior Congressmen of the district were honored. District President Santosh Singh presided over the symposium organized on the golden achievement of the party.
