Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya: Deputy CM Keshav Maurya has got a big relief from Allahabad High Court. Allahabad High Court has rejected a petition filed against Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya. Due to this petition, his legislature was in danger and serious allegations were made against him. In the petition, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya was accused of contesting elections and obtaining petrol pumps by showing fake educational documents. The petitioner had filed a petition against the Deputy CM on the allegation of fake educational documents and demanded cancellation of his election. In fact, while hearing the petition filed by Diwakar Nath Tripathi, a resident of Prayagraj, the division bench of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Prashant Kumar rejected it. According to Diwakar Nath Tripathi, he had given a representation in this regard to the state Governor Anandiben Patel. When no decision was taken, he was forced to approach the High Court and filed a petition. At present, the division bench of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Prashant Kumar has found the petition devoid of facts during the hearing.
