On Saturday, three youths gang-raped a girl student returning home from college in Barhaj police station area of Deoria. In an ambush, three youths kidnapped the student from behind the college, took her to a room at an unknown place and gang-raped her. After regaining consciousness, the girl somehow reached home in a critical condition and narrated her ordeal to her family members. After this he has been admitted to the hospital. The girl has told the police the name of an accused. Police is searching for the accused.
The student was returning home from college
Actually, a girl from Madanpur police station area teaches in a college in Barhaj police station area. She was returning home from college on Saturday. Meanwhile, three youths ambushed him and kidnapped him from behind the college. After this, she was taken to a room in a house in an isolated place and gang-raped. After the incident, the accused fled while issuing threats. When the victim somehow reached home in the evening, her condition deteriorated. He narrated his ordeal to his family members. The family members took him to Devraha Baba Autonomous Medical College and informed the police about the incident.
The girl has given the name of an accused – SP Sankalp Sharma
On receiving information about the gang rape case, SP Sankalp Sharma reached Medical College and interrogated the student about the accused. SP Sankalp Sharma said that the girl has given the name of an accused. A case will be registered in the matter and strict action will be taken. According to doctors, the condition of the victim is improving rapidly.
Woman’s body cut into three pieces and thrown in Barhaj, head missing
Near Mundera village of Barhaj in Deoria, a woman was murdered and her body was cut into three pieces and thrown away. The killers cut off both the legs of the woman, put them in a black trolley bag and wrapped her torso in a mattress and tied it with a rope. His head is still missing. Some belongings of the woman were found in another trolley bag. After the murder, the pieces of the dead body were brought in a vehicle at night and thrown in the dark.
On receiving information that the body was found in pieces, police from two police stations immediately reached the spot. However, CO Anshuman Srivastava reached the spot, inspected it and interrogated the people nearby. At present, the woman’s body has not been identified. The police are searching for his head.
People saw suitcase and mattress lying in the morning
The dead body of the woman was found lying at Jogiya turn in front of Mundera village on Harnahi-Sonadi road. When people went out to the fields in the morning, they saw mattresses and trolley bags lying there. After this, when we went closer, there was a foul smell. When people opened the trolley bag, they saw the woman’s feet inside and ran away leaving the bag behind. The police was immediately informed. On information, police of Madanpur and Bhaluani police station reached the spot.
There was only a cloth on the dead body, the head is missing – CO
When the police opened the rope of the mattress, they saw the woman’s torso wrapped in it. After this, when the second trolley bag was opened, some clothes of the woman and some other items were found inside it. After this the CO reached the spot. The CO said that the woman had been brutally hacked to death and her body had been cut into three pieces. He told that there was only one cloth on the body. There were bangles in her hands. Looking at it, it seems that the woman might have got married soon. Deadbody is looking a day older. Age is between 22 to 25. It seems that the dead body was brought here after being murdered somewhere else.
Identification efforts continue-ASP
ASP Rajesh Sonkar said that the body of a woman was found near Mundera village. Police are taking legal action by taking possession of the dead body. At present, inquiries are being conducted in the nearby villages. Police stations have been informed. If there is anything missing please inform. Apart from this, CCTV cameras around the road where the dead body was found are also being searched.
