Murder took place on the same date of birth

Deepesh alias Gandhi, who was killed in village Fatehpur, was born on October 2. He was also murdered for land on the same day when his family members were preparing to celebrate his birthday. All the family members together had decided that the birthday celebration would be held at seven in the evening. No one had thought that there would be no one left to mourn at home.

Before dying he called his brother and told him about the incident.

According to local media sources, before the murder, Deepesh had called his brother Pandit Devesh after the attack on his house. On Monday morning, Pandit Devesh Dubey received a call on his mobile when he had gone to someone’s house in Ballia to perform puja. At around 7.45 in the morning, Deepesh screamed on the phone and said, “Brother, I am Gandhi, call the police quickly, people have killed mom and dad, we are coming to kill people too.
